FAT DOG (LONDON, UK)

Fantastic- raw- theatrical chaos multi disciplinary band inclusion of disability rights shouted through a punk-psych prism

Woof- Album Launch

Accessible venue, accessible priority viewing area, Access Schemes and ASD advocacy .

Johnny “Doghead” Hutch, Fat Dog’s drummer, is ASD, and he has stated PUBLICLY that performing in a dog mask has helped him manage performance anxiety and engage with audiences.

Fat Dog are pure chaos—in the best way.

Loud, unpredictable, and totally unfiltered, they’re like a live explosion of energy.

They stand for honesty, At first, their sound might seem chaotic or nonsensical, but then the shouted chaos from frontman Love hit you— "We are all just dogs gnashing our teeth at the moon." Suddenly, it all clicks.

There’s something powerful in how their lyrics push back against the way Disabled people are so often portrayed—pitied, underestimated, or turned into passive symbols of suffering. Instead, FAT DOG flips that on its head.

Their music becomes a metaphor for disabled rage—raw, loud, and unapologetically noncompliant in a world that wants us silent.

The whole album is just a wild and wonderful celebration of individuality and embracing your weirdness—and I completely admire.
