SPEED
Up close and personal
I never thought i’d like live hardcore til i experience a Conviction Records show.
CONVICTION RECORDS proudly supports trans rights and stands up for real inclusion, not just the surface-level stuff.
Whether you’re there for the gig, The community, or just a casual pint, it’s the kind of place that actually lives to their values.
Proper sound on every level.
I’ve always stuck with doom sludge music—change doesn’t come easy for me, especially as someone who’s neurodiverse.
Even switching up the kind of music I listen to feels like a big deal.
I never really had much interest in going to a hardcore show; the thought of maybe getting hit in the face honestly freaked me out.
But after going to a Conviction Records show, everything changed for me.
The fast pace used to feel intimidating, but the energy and the mix of people at the show made it feel really welcoming and safe.
I had an awesome time. Hardcore isn’t just about wild mosh pits and chaos—it’s also about community, values, and making sure everyone’s enjoying themselves.
That’s something I can get behind.
